Our Greyhound experience was not bad. We traveled from LA to San Diego. The LA Greyhound station is not in the friendliest of places but the interior of the facility felt safe. The bus both departed and arrived on time and the ticket price was reasonable. The bus was a bit dirty, the on-board wifi was okay.

I reckon we got lucky however as almost everyone we spoke to had negative feedback regarding the company, couple this with the fact that there was a shooting on a bus departing from the same LA station 2 days later...
