This Popeyes was not the best place to eat. It smelt better than the McDonalds on Canal Street but in terms of overall cleanliness it was probably on par; poor. The atmosphere wasn't scary but it wasn't friendly. A few of the servers seemed somewhat discriminatory and were not helpful. The food was okay and we managed to find somewhere to sit, however I would not return to this particular restaurant.
