Despite being centrally located, the park was an ideal refuge from the hustle & bustle of the city centre. It was very quiet when we visited, not much was going on, but the area was still clean and the water features were visibly on display. The park has cool architecture as well as great history and is an ideal place to visit in terms of a peak into the history of NO and local culture. There wasn't a great deal to keep one entertained but I would still recommend a visit if passing by.
