If you're in downtown Dallas then this is certainly a piece to marvel at. It is well detailed and well maintained, and it makes for some good photos. I read that it is an art sculpture. There was a lawn in front, however I could not figure out whether one was allowed on it as although the gate was open, the sign read "private property". Nevertheless, I still got a good view and some good photos of the sculpture.
