Although these cemeteries are not as well known as some of the other NO cemeteries, they were very impressive. There were rows and rows of spectacular graves, all above ground, nothing like the graves one is used to in most other places. The cemetery was spotless and this made the area all the more splendid. We thoroughly enjoyed walking up and down the paths and reading the headstones/plaques associated with various graves, and it was also nice to be in a peaceful and beautiful location.
