A 'higher end' Petaling Street

Central Market is basically a fixed price, ‘better quality product’ version of the neighbouring Petaling Street [see my other reviews]. Even though haggling was rarer and the products were of higher quality, the pricing was still fantastic. They had a dynamic range of shops and ‘areas’ as well (like a Little India & Chinese section) which meant there was a lot of different products on offer, not just the generic t-shirts and bags. There was a small food court at the top, however this did not look very appealing and appeared quite dirty. Other than that, I would suggest visiting Central Market, especially if you are also planning on visiting Petaling Street.
