Although it was a cold winters day when we visited the area, the street was still energetic and colourful with cool shops and street performers keeping people entertained. It felt busy but not overly crowded, and it was safe with a visible police presence. It is a great place to just wonder up and down and take in the spirit of NO, and there is no shortage of bars for a drink!
